    • Europe: 15–20 business days

    • Australia/New Zealand: ~15 business days
      Note: Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions (if any) will apply automatically.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in order totals.


Returns & Refunds

We guarantee 100% satisfaction—if your pet isn’t happy, we’ll make it right!

  • Return Window: Unused, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • How to Return:

    2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

    3. Ship the item back (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility).

  • Refunds:

    • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: Contact us for defective/wrong items—we’ll cover replacement shipping.

Exceptions:

  • For hygiene reasons, used, chewed, or damaged toys cannot be accepted.

  • Defective Items? Notify us within 7 days with photos for a free replacement/refund.
